Both methods provide you with a seamless and confident purchase experience.
2. Process your payment.
We provide two payment alternatives for acquiring land, each offering distinct advantages tailored to individual circumstances.

3. Sign and send back the contract.
Upon receipt of payment, a contract will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days, outlining the details of your parcel and the convenient financing terms if applicable. The first payment is scheduled to be due 30 days after we receive your down payment. Upon completion of all payments, you will be issued a deed to the property.
